The building overall is beautiful. The breakfast was good with a fair number of options, but definitely not worth the price in my opinion, so save your money there. Room service was amazing, a little pricey but that was expected considering the quality of the food was excellent. The staff definitely made our trip more enjoyable. They were quick to go above and beyond to help. Every single staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful with a special thanks to Jovan at the front desk, he was absolutely amazing. He was like having a dear friend as your personal concierge as he truly took an interest in us and made us feel like royalty. Thank you to all for making our trip very pleasant.

We stayed there for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Great facilities and very friendly staff. The gym is well equipped and the SPA center is really great. There are two types of Sauna, one steam bath, a salt relaxation room and a nice jacuzzi. We also booked some massage (which was not included of course) and liked it. Breakfast is really great and the food is tasty. The hotel is pet-friendly for smaller animals and there is no additional fee to pay. Our room was on the third floor and there was enough space, it was also well equipped. Very comfortable bed. We will definitely come again when visiting Novi Sad, it was great!

This is a great place. To be honest I'm giving an "Excellent" review mostly thanks to the efforts of the reception crew. First time that I've understood what UK tourists mean when they say "I didn't feel a warm welcome" when they give a bad review :). I've always ignored that, but now I saw firsthand how a great welcome looks like. I had a terrible week before and arrived with my family really tired. The crew on the reception desk on 30th of December evening really made my day. They were so friendly and kind that kids opened up immediately and we all started to enjoy the stay. Room/housekeeping is 10/10. No issues there.

In terms of location it is a bit remote if someone wants to go a pied to the city centre or the fortress. Breakfast was perfect - had a very large selection of everything, nice coffee for a hotel. Room is big, lot of lights for each place - desk, bed, everything. Warm and cozy.

While I was only here for a short time for part of Exit Festival, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. While I didn't stay long enough to check it out, the bar area looked nice too. While its out of the main city centre, there is a well-stocked supermarket nearby.

Usually we travel with a dog so it was quite important for us to have an opportunity to stay with a pet. However when we came for check in, it turned out that it's allowed to stay with a dog not bigger than 8 kilo. This info is not pointed on Booking so you should know that somehow (?). Our dog is 22 kilo and receptionist asked his manager and got an approval for our stay. The room was cozy and tidy and bed was as soft as a cloud. We enjoyed it! Also there's pretty nice gym and spa on the top floor with a great view. Totally recommended for a chill-time :)

Most comfortable beds in comparison to other hotels. Fast and friendly check-in and check-out, nice room, and amazing breakfast. The room was perfectly clean. Equipment in the room. Windows that you can open for fresh air.

The name “Sheraton” speaks for itself-I didn’t expect less) Proper high quality standards, well trained, polite and helpful staff, rooms are clean and well-equipped, breakfast is a big variety of choices. I ve traveled a lot for business and choosing Sheraton proves we made a right decision to stay there))
